Provides for a rich list of the various methods of vegetable cookery including “baking, boiling, steaming, buttering, creaming, escalloped, au gratin” et al. Also includes several pages of recipes making use of various vegetales divided into: “Special Vegetabe Recipes”, “Salads”, “Garnishes”, “Salad Dressings”.
