London: Printed for Jonathan Robinson at the Golden Lion in St. Pauls Church-Yard, 1689. First Edition, First Printing. pp. [8], 142, + [2] pages of publisher’s advertisements. Small 8vo., measuring 7″ x 4.5″. Bound in full period leather; five raised bands to spine, six compartments. Extremities show superficial surface pockmarks to the leather binding, front board has separated about 4″ (measuring from the foot of spine) from the body, the remainder top 3″ remains firmly attached. Internally, minor loss to the lower right corner of the ffep, slight off-setting to the margins of the endpapers from the leather binding. Text-block remains quite bright, unmarked and free of any markings. The leather binding has recently been professionally replenished and treated with a natural leather preserver. Overall, good+.
