His move to the village of Reinland in the early 1920’s immediately followed the migration of the Mennonites to Mexico. Growing up in the village during the “dirty thirties” was difficult. Then came the life-changing trauma of World War II and a brief sojourn in Paraguay. Eventually the author was called to the ministry and by the grace and mercy of God was instrumental in establishing a fundamental evangelical growing church in Gladstone, Manitoba. The Friesen’s raised a family of 10 children.” Softcover. (#1003) $35.00
