Bound in full red calf binding with gilt ornamentations & marbled edges. Five raised bands to spine, with gilt lettering and ornamentation. The front boards shows an indentation, or crease, to the leather (no perforation, however), and a few other smaller marks. Minor scuffing to corners of boards. Slight stain to upper part of rear boards. A very attractive copy in a handsome presentation binding. Hardcover. Over a hundred engravings, some of them full-page.
