Sections include: Breads, Folls, Etc.; Quick Breads; Cakes and Tortes; Icings; Pies; Meats; Miscellaneous; Vegetables; Appetizers; Pickles; Canning; Ukrainian Christmas Eve Supper, et al. Replete many black-and-white advertisements by prominent national, and local businesses who sponsored the publication of the cookbook. Preface in English, with a dedication printed in Ukrainian. Also comprises of a small section devoted to Ukrainian Easter Customs, and a “Brief History and Work of the Club”. Extremities creased, some chipping, and short closed tears to the tail of spine, binding remains quite sound. Internally, the contents remain quite bright, clean, and unmarked. Exceedingly rare in commerce. Corresponds to OCLC #1007764730 indicating only one institutional holding of this edition.
