No detectable flaws, contents bright, clean and unmarked with tight, sound binding; fine. Exceedingly scarce early Canadian cookery title. Elizabeth Driver in Culinary Landmarks (p. 963-64, M71.1) noted the presence of only one copy held in a private collection.
