The certificate reads as follows: This is to Certify that No. 2382844 (Rank), Private Julius Henning enlisted in the 1st Depot Battalion Manitoba Regiment Canadian Expeditionary Force at Winnipeg, Canada on the 3rd day of May, 1918.
