Textured light blue stapled card covers. Light rubbing to covers, chipping to the lower half of the spine (binding remains sound). Contents remain overwhelmingly bright, clean, and unmarked. Sections include: Appetizers, Soups, Soup Accessories, Fish, Meats, Poultry, Stuffings, Pastries, et al. Rear cover bears an advertisements for the National Jewish Post. Overall, very good+. Quite scarce, our offering being only the third extant copy available in commerce. While not particularly scarce amongst American institutional holdings, we could not locate any Canadian, or Jewish-Canadian institutions.
